"my dearest Lady - ...the morning is the only proper time for me to write to a beautiful Girl whom I love so much: for at night, when the lonely day has closed, &the lonely, silent, unmusical Chamber is waiting to receive me.. then believe me my passion gets entirely the sway. then I would not have you see those Rhapsodies which I once thought it impossible I should ever give way to, &which I have often laughed at in another, for fear you should (think me) either too unhappy or perhaps a little mad."
"indeed I am almost astonished that any absent one should have that luxurious power over my senses which I feel. even when I am not thinking of you.." LOL <3. #souls damn.. 2020: "hit me back, just to chat, truly yours, your biggest fan, this is Stan."

never tell us a thing if you can show us
it ain't how much you've got, honey, it's how you use it a man's got to know his limitations painfully shy it's important to tell the truth, so much depends on it. if I can make you understand her madness -then perhaps I can make her someone you sympathize w or even identify w. the result? she's more frightening than ever, because she's close to real the best disregard the rules that it's as easy to over describe as to underdescribe. probably easier an eye whose vision grows sharper the more it is used starts w clear seeing &ends w clear writing. don't break unspoken contract exists between writer &reader -your promise to be true we're not even in same year together, let alone same room.. except we are together. we're close. we're having a meeting of the minds. books are ..uniquely portable magic. agents of status quo, not necessarily bad guys, but dangerous guys if you happen to believe in intellectual freedom main job :telling a story. cause reader to prickle w recognition. I describe mine, it freezes out yours, &I lose a little bit of the bond of understanding I want to forge between us. why people win Nobel prizes in literature.. 15: "for her polyphonic writings, a monument to suffering &courage in our time" 12: "who w hallucinatory realism merges folk tales, history &the contemporary" 11: "through his condensed, translucent images, he gives us fresh access to reality" 10: "for his ..structures of power &trenchant image of indie's resistance, revolt &defeat" 09: "w concentration of poetry &frankness of prose, depicts landscape of dispossessed" 06: "quest for melancholic soul of native city, discover new symbols for clash of cultures" 03: "who in innumerable guises portrays surprising involvement of the outsider" 02: "upholds fragile experience of indie against barbaric arbitrariness of history" 74: "far seeing in lands &ages, in service of freedom.. catch the dew &reflect cosmos" 73: "for an epic &psychological narrative art which has introduced new into literature" 69: "destitution of modern man acquires its elevation" 63: "for eminent lyrical writing, inspired by a deep feeling for the world of culture" 59: "for his lyrical poetry, w classical fire expresses tragic experience of life" 57: "clear sighted earnestness illuminates problems of human conscience in our times" 1956: "example of high spirit &artistical purity" 1955: "for his vivid epic power which has renewed great narrative art of Iceland" 53: "for mastery o descri as well as brilliant oratory in defending exalted human values" 52: "for deep spiritual insight &artistic intensity w which penetrates drama of human life" 51: "artistic vigor &true independence of mind w which he endeavors to find answers" 1950: "he champions humanitarian ideals &freedom of thought" 1944: "for rare strength &fertility of poetic imagination w which is.. intellectual curiosity" 1939: "for his deep understanding of his country's peasantry &their relationship w Nature" 1938: "for her rich &truly epic descriptions of peasant life in China" 1936: "for the power, honesty &deep felt emotions of his dramatic works" 1934: "for his bold &ingenious revival of dramatic &scenic art" 1932: "for his distinguished art of narration" (all about the story.......) '26: "for her idealistically inspired writings which w plastic clarity picture the life of her" YK sometimes when u meet some1, &somehow, b4 they open mouth 2speak, YK you're gong 2b friends? same w books.. not a book you ought 2read, but a book U have 2read. books /ppl that put u in touch w smtg real. books that you get, peeps that get you.. polishing it until it shines (this guy, so ambitious.. he's gonna change the world y'all..)
the novel is dead (LOL #wah). what you gave up in exchange for your soul I was dying in front of them. honesty is indispensable. not a coincidence ! nothing is what it seems ! dig deeper ! &the reader must always be your main concern teachers assign them when they can't think of any other way to waste your time (yahs) writing is refined thinking. what writing is (chapter title) : telepathy, of course (first line). writing is seduction. good talk is part of seduction. (ah idk how I feel about this, doesn't it feel wrong? I don't want to be deceiving. anything not in God sucks..). anything you damn well want. anything at all ... as long as you tell the truth the heart also knows things, &so does the imagination. thank God I was built w the love of the night . the magic was in him if God gives you something you can do, why in the world, wouldn't you do it? reading at meals is considered rude in polite society, but if you expect to succeed as a writer, rudeness should be the second to least of your concern.s.. your days as a member of polite society are numbered, anyway.. UHMAZIN story is honorable &trustworthy, plot is shifty.. (luv. are people telling or selling a story??) I fell in love w her partly bc I understood what she was doing w her work. I fell because she understood what she was doing w it. I also fell bc she was wearing..
don't want to speak 2disparagingly of my gen (actually I do, we had a chance to change the world) -oh brother, no bother.. the story always comes first -(this guy, Stephen king, I mean obvi, is v worldly. never looks up. I mean he is (all there is) "it," in his world -lonely !) I simply made up all the stuff I didn't know -(evil, clown, world y'all -what is truth?) when a novelist is challenged on something he likes -first 2 words out mouth: "yeah but" (anything before "but" doesn't matter.. "this is historic, but trump sucks d.." alrighty then,) the one I write for. the one I want to wow -<3 ("emoji" added, for emphasis !) remember this: someone really did design the titanic &then label it unsinkable. there'll be plenty (mistakes), only God gets it right the first time her peers had no intention of letting her out of the box they'd put her in, being wonderful, for instance, instead of telling the ..story. BAH &how my wife hated the expense &the constant ashy dirt of it. when Stephen opens his mouth, all his guts fall out. if people ever learn from their mistakes, exploding w good news &w/o an ear to hear it. (man not meant to be alone !) "all things serve God" (if the wind goes where you send it, so will I). I found it impossible to let go. once is enough, to find out what it's like. only an idiot would make a 2nd experiment. a masochistic lunatic.. BAHAA as a writer, I am a v sensitive fellow, but I am also a man, &real men don't dive into their sensitivities. only sissy men do that. therefore I drink. how else can I face the existential horror of it all... one notable exception to the bullshit rule is.. __________. you ??
the scariest moment is always just before you start. I want you to breathe deep when you wake up since most readers can think for themselves, it might have been 1992, but it 's hard to remember when your'e having a good time she never looked twice at me in the daytime, but at night.. we ran away from cruel world of reality again &again (lolol ..noo !) it's possible for me to disobey that voice, but very difficult to disbelieve it. TV came relatively late to King household, &I'm glad.learn to read &write before they learned to eat a daily helping of vid bs. amazing.. spells out the curse words. #writer I did it for the pure joy of the thing. if you can do it for joy, you can do it forever (PREACH). my head all but burst w the different things I wanted to say. it took 4 drafts &2 arguments w my wife to get that casual tone just right as it was conceived, so it was done. (where there is no vision, people perish). &most valuable lessons are ones you teach yourself. "you" write w the door closed, rewrite w the door open.. &while I believe in God, I have no use for organized religion. our marriage has outlasted all the world's leaders except for Castro. "leaders" #ew didn't think uni could utter such a wonderful, unafraid laugh (whatta description. so vivid).
