90% of my clientele is not from USA. they come to work for large corps in this metro area, where we have not a NY minute to spare!  no-1 around here "has time" for someone that barely speaks English, doesn't know the culture &can't verify identity over phone w/ computer generated customer service agent. suffice it to say, they get oh so frustrated!
