  scrolling through twitter on sunday of freezing rain. snl would have no material without trump, right? the media's monster; built to destroy! just call cnn victor frankenstein. i find the "messages" app on my sidebar.. i gotta talk to les. these people are bothering me! 
  from different sides of the political aisle, we give it to each other; bantering back &forth, challenging each other's beliefs. i always wanted to be as sharp as les when we were little & boom boom boom, we have great conversations. 
  heathe recently sent me a #tbt pic, so i had to share it with lesl. &now she's off to finding an old pic of her parents.. but i know the pic she's referring to! &she searches no more. <3
  "they really should stress the value of staying close with people you grew up with more," les types, with pink fluttering emoji hearts. &my heart flutters.
  ​when i get to back to politicking this morn, les is like, "Hol more importantly are you learning your languages?!" LOL. this girl.. 1 of the few who can keep wild things accountable. she remembers my may grad date &i tell her when i'm testing now. "oh ok." 
  after 20 years of friendship with leslie "marie," i just get to be. thank God.
